Essential Responsibilities: - Ensure all global new hire processing activities are completed timely and accurately - Be a subject matter expert and respond to queries on timely basis. - Respond to stakeholder feedbacks and escalations - Accuracy in processing in line with SOPs with no errors. - Complete HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines - Exhibit effective communication with key global stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process efficiency &amp; implement in a controlled manner - Build and sustain strong working relationship with internal stakeholders and technical team to ensure smooth workflow - Work towards building positive relationships throughout the firm - Drive efficiency in current process, Identify process gaps and suggest improvement ideas for better efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure accurate reviews and timely escalations if any issues are duly noted Qualifications: - Minimum of two years of Onboarding Operations experience is required - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and technology needs - Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a team environment - Must be able to work overtime as needed Knowledge and Skills Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a 'can-do' attitude - Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes - Demonstrate active listening, probing and reading comprehension skills - Possess strong analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to research issues and recommend resolution when no clear solution exists - Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem solving skills - Ability to take initiative and exhibit sense of urgency - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (new me@jpmc, AnswerKey and/or PeopleSoft) is preferred JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
