Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize, and over-see day-to-day activities of a team

- Manage, coach and develop staff

- Conduct staff evaluations and merit recommendations

- Ensure a smooth workflow, review difficult cases, and expedite urgent transactions

- Monitor quantity and quality of work to meet established objectives

- Review and recommend new methods and procedures for process improvement and efficiency

- Research and resolve operational issues

- Maintain a high level of interaction with peers in other global locations

- Assist with long termed strategic business planning

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Strong written and oral comprehension of English language

- Experience in managing a Banking Operations Team

- Strong working knowledge of Nostro Funding Process

- Computer navigation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft products

- Ability to analyze complex procedures and established processes for process improvement

- Ability to make independent decisions and utilize all available tools to minimize corporate and client risk

- College degree and five or more years of banking experience in a supervisory role

Desirable :

- Experience in the Treasury Middle office team

- Knowledge of Liquidity Management
