Description: As a Business Analysis Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Customer Outcomes Team you will facilitate oversight of complaints root cause analysis and customer outcomes testing and ensure application of UK Consumer Duty regulation is in collaboration with the Outcomes and RCA leadership team. The role will have responsibility for actions oversight and day to day management, controls, data management and procedural/documentation upkeep. Job Description : - Oversight and management of RCA and Customer Outcomes actions and dashboards - Understanding user needs and influence stakeholders across the wider business - Supporting the creation and delivery of reports - Evaluating conduct risks and applying critical thinking to opportunities for improvement - Partnering with our Operations and Product teams to influence change - Experience in stakeholder management, works well with others with a background in managing complex action plans Required qualifications, capabilities and skills : - Experience managing action plans and expertise in JIRA - Ability to manage own workload and lead others with deliverables. - Skilled in simplifying complex findings and understanding of customer Duty regulation - Strong problem solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution. - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt approach for different audiences - Strong inter-personal skills with ability to forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders - Effective organizational and project management skills.
