Key Responsibilities - Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems, drive business decisions and identify major gaps and opportunities - Generating insights from large and complex datasets, and understanding nuances and inconsistencies in data - Assume ownership of assigned work streams and effectively generate required hypotheses to execute work plans - Communicating and presenting data in an intuitive manner - Collaborate with Global Product teams (business, technical and non-technical) across regions to drive business outcomes and deliver on requirements Required Skills - Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics or other related fields, advanced degree preferred - At least 4 years of experience in an Analytics role required. Experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred.
