We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do. - The team will also focus on Regulatory Sustainability, which oversee the management of regulatory changes post change implementation and provides transparency and insight into overall health of the regulatory landscape for Global Private Bank. A critical component of Regulatory Sustainability will include a strategic shift in our regulatory reporting framework. As our business continues to grow and evolve, this team is expected to continue solving the most urgent regulatory needs in a structured and disciplined way. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS : - As part of the AWM Regulatory reporting and operational analytics organization , this role will be responsible for both delivering analytics insights to business problems, and driving the adoption of analytics culture and best practice in AWM. - In this role you will have the opportunity to be a key part of defining the ecosystem and capability set and shaping the journey for this transformation team more broadly. Given the ambitious nature of this organization, this role provides access and visibility to senior firm leadership and broad exposure across the full spectrum of AWM Ops. - Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems utilizing the firm's elected analytics and visualization platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau. - Create and leverage analytical approaches to perform analysis of domain specific source data to provide accurate conclusions, leading to the identification of improvement initiatives. - Evaluate the current operational environment and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics - Develop and deploy processes to help the organization perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance. - Spearhead active contribution of technical experts to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group. - Strategize and instill among senior stakeholders awareness to latest analytics and business intelligence trends in the industry and secure sponsorship to pursue and deploy advanced analytics opportunities at scale - Grow team and mandate with expansion of reporting utility via demonstration of scalability, enhanced controls, and optimization - Build a high-performing team, continually enhancing skill sets and capabilities, enabling further migration of responsibilities from onshore to offshore team - Establish a control environment that drives improved regulatory outcomes, reduction in adverse findings and fines - Delivery of regulatory change-driven initiatives in partnership with the Front Office, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology and other functions as needed STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT : - Lead the Regulatory reporting and operational analytics organization in India, which includes end-to-end management and delivery across the full automation lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders and technology. - Manage key partnerships with vendor, technology teams, controls partners and other key stakeholders to ensure governance and hygiene of production items and strong escalation for production defects. - Effectively drive citizen developers and COE teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in development lifecycle. - Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) work streams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI's are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful. - Engage regional operations leadership to prioritize and create visibility around delivery footprint - Ensure regional stakeholders are appraised on Regulatory Reporting and Operational Analytics capabilities, key toolsets, ensuring short term goals and long term strategic vision are balanced COMMUNITY OF PRACTISE DEVELOPMENT : - Create engagement forums for change management, process improvement, AI and ML teams across JP Morgan India - Showcase Regulatory Reporting and Operational Analytics capabilities with partner organizations including but not limited to Chief Data Office, Front Office, Product Specialists, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Trade Desks, Marketing, and senior leadership across Asset Wealth Management QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCES : - 15+ years of experience in leading strategic or transformational change, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business - Required ; Expertise in at least one of these tools/areas is required; Alteryx Designer (minimum Core certified) / Tableau or Qlikview for Business Intelligence, / MS SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop and other Big Data Technologies / R or Python for data wrangling and Data Science - Knowledge of Data Warehousing / Data Lake / Business Intelligence strategies and architecture - Possesses a range of experience across industry transformation tools like robotics, workflow automation, business intelligence, analytics, low code platforms - Expertise in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management, including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence - Experience building a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization. - Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities - Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. - Excellent leadership skills - of product, programs, projects, teams and employees - with demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent. - Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence. - Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach. - Bachelor's Degree required; Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or MBA preferred.
