Job Description : Role Description: This role will lead the Location Strategy &amp; Business Initiatives team by scoping and supporting the range of initiatives and programs mentioned above. This role will report to the CAO and partner with the CAO (Corporate) Functions leads/teams, Global Corporate Location Strategy (CLS) team and LOB Heads/Business Management teams. The responsibilities would include : - Partnering with the global CLS team to build the multi-year roadmap - Capacity management and Infrastructure optimization by building capacity efficiency models - Evolve the CAO performance management framework and creating a robust data management and analytics strategy - Identify and implement process improvement projects focused on enhancing employee experience, enhancing controls, optimizing cost and delivery time - Provide strategic direction and oversight to critical CAO initiatives like campus build out, Innovation labs, etc. - Evolve the CAO Technology/Operations strategy by scoping and driving cross-cutting efforts on Transformation - Own the budgeting and ongoing management of the CAO budget - Plan and execute planning conference with focus on building a shared vision for the organization and dealing with a range of administrative and other issues Responsibilities : Integrity : - Demonstrates and promotes organizational values and codes of conduct - Recognizes the benefits of diversity and works to build diversity in teams and work approaches Risk and Controls mindset: - Partner with the team and stakeholders to constantly review the environment for potential control gaps and implementing mitigating controls - Act as a thought leader to drive problem solving, identify issues and actionable opportunities Relationships : - Develops collaborative working relationships and partnerships with team and stakeholders, and encourages others to do the same - Responds to and/or anticipates changes in employees / stakeholder needs and expectations - Takes time to listen to colleagues and appreciate/respond to their needs and views - Secures stakeholder commitment to change and maintains open communication channels during the change process - Creates an environment of trust, challenge and reward Strategic Thinking: - Understands, supports and promotes the organization's vision, mission and business objectives - Thinks and plans ahead, is proactive, anticipating issues and problems and works to resolve them - Is innovative, thinks laterally, looks and suggests better ways to do things - Uses experience and common sense, exercises judgement, intelligence, discretion and appropriate independence - Considers emerging trends, identifies long-term opportunities and balances organizational requirements with desired outcomes - Draws on information and alternative viewpoints and monitors information channels to understand new issues of importance - Escalate issues as needed Results : - Own overall project success, measuring performance against set goals - Evaluates progress and outcomes in a realistic and comprehensive way, acts on results and initiates change when needed - Leverages individual and team expertise and seeks expertise required when it is not available within the team - Supports team in responding to change by re-prioritizing tasks and securing additional resources or time - Remains flexible and responsive to changes in requirements - Drives a culture of achievement, and fosters a quality focus in the organization - Investigates ways to improve effectiveness by harnessing technology and implementing continuous improvement Qualifications - External : - Minimum 15 years of Experience - Experience in Operations or Business Management - Experience in preparing executive level presentations for decision support and adjust the message and style based on agenda and audience - Exceptional project/program management experience - Exposure to risk management and controls - Successful track record of delivering results; good execution skills - Establish common practices, standards, tools and procedures across the CAO organization - Data management and analytics/predictive analytics to drive key business decisions - Adept to working in a multi-team environment, under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables - Strong judgment and analytical skills; understanding of complex cross organization issues - Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management - Demonstrated track record of a high level of personal initiative and leadership and of setting and achieving challenging goals - Strong ability to influence outcomes and get the best from the business - Ability to thrive on challenges in an unstructured working environment - The candidate must have strong initiative, be organized and be able to work across a diverse group of functions and activities About Us : - JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
