Job Summary: - Controls Operate is part of the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls under the Global Identity Access Management organization. The team is responsible to deliver a robust Identity and Access Management (I&amp;AM) framework. The Controls Operate team partners with Line of Business leads, Application Developers and or Application Information Owners to onboard their assets to the strategic Access Control Monitoring tools. - These tools facilitate Access Certification and Access Request processes. We also perform periodic certifications, completeness, revocation and reconciliation, IT/Business Segregation of Duties, access reconciliation and audit readiness to ensure our controls are aligned with the global policies and standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Acts as an owner that understands and can influence the business and technology strategy - Responsible for Identify and Access Management assigned team processes - Validate existing I&amp;AM processes and conduct control checks to ensure end to end Application On-boarding data integrity - Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process - Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global team environment - Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers - Perform gap analysis - Act as the liaison between the I&amp; AM teams, Application Developers, Database Administrators, Business Units, various technology and support teams - Partner and coordinate with related Support teams and I&amp;AM Controls and Governance to improve access controls - Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate processes JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
