By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.

Job Responsibilities:

An Associate in Business Management would be expected to:

- Produce key metrics/decks (e.g. Relationship reviews, Steer Co. decks, Business reviews and dashboards) for the senior management on regular / ad hoc basis containing both financial and operational details

- Liaise/ monitor with Business teams on various first line of defense controls / audit related aspects

- Engage with key stakeholders across globe to understand challenges/pain-points or best practices and implement solutions

- Play a supporting role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the business (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)

- Identify and execute on efficiency/automation opportunities in the existing data consolidation/reporting processes

- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis

- Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls

- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- MBA with 4-7 years of experience / Graduate with 6-9 years of related experience

- Ability to understand the requirements of the global partners and assist the team in maintaining the existing reporting procedures, tools and workflows necessary to facilitate the oversight process

- Multi-task and prioritize to make sure multiple projects are making progress and prioritize as per business requirements

- Maintaining a very high level of competency when reviewing data and reports; quickly identifying and rectifying data and presentation issues

- Good analytical skills to understand and formulate the problem looking at reports / processes and build solutions

- Excellent communication (verbal / written) skills to liaison between Sr. Management and various teams like Controls, Audits, Technology, etc.

- Manage projects / communicates in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teams locally and globally. Has ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

- Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the reporting / oversight processes by leveraging various Microsoft and third party tools like Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.

- Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple businesses

- Have foresight and understanding of AWM business term, requirements & market trends

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Good knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management industry is a plus

- Sound Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is must (Visual Basic for Application, Alteryx, Python, Visualization tools like Tableau / Qlik Sense are good to have)
