The CCB Analytics group uses Big Data tools to understand the behaviors & preferences of our Customers and Specialists. We use this information to identify trends, trouble-spots, and opportunity-areas in our businesses. Once trouble-spots are identified, we dig deep into the data to understand the true root cause, and make specific recommendations to the businesses for how to improve Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and Profitability  - As a Business Analyst supporting CCB within the Operations Analytics Team, you will be responsible for understanding the business and the data that in turn supports several Lines of Business.  - You will create and maintain analytical insights using speech phonetics. As a Business Analyst you will make recommendations for new metrics, process improvements, and improved customer experiences. The job role will also include participation in department projects and initiatives as needed.   - The candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant analytical work experience and should be able to work in multiple time zone setup.  The candidate will be expected to :  - Perform in depth analysis to resolve a business problem by employing the appropriate tools available in the enterprise.   - Extract reports/ data, analyze and provide recommendations for the project undertaken   - Tuning/ discovery of existing/ new taxonomy within voice - includes Call Listening into Customer Service Operations.  - Identify new opportunities to bring new process improvements.  - Communicate data findings through engaging stories that are easy to understand  - Quickly assesses the big picture in complex situations and identify what is critical  - Routinely make decisions for best course of action and to drive process solutions.   - Build solid business cases that justify business decision making. The candidates are expected to quantify the impact of analysis/ recommendations.  - Support internal and external processes and workflows, suggest improvements based on data analysis and provide insights into the enterprise operations.  Qualifications :   - The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Analytics.  - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field and trainings in advanced data analysis.  - Experience working with the US Retail/ Credit Card/ Mortgage market is a plus. Operations/ Customer Service experience is a plus.  - Must have strong knowledge of Statistical concepts  - Must have experience utilizing statistical tools to analyze the data. (i.e. SAS, MiniTab)  - Bachelors degree in Math, Economics, Business or equivalent experience  - Strong English including knowledge of Phonetics. Knowledge of Spanish is desired and good to have  - Experience querying data (i.e. Oracle/Teradata/SQL Servers)   - Domain understanding of Cards product offering and specifically Commercial Cards is a preferred.  - Teamwork and collaboration  - Analytical and process skills
