- Forecast the test effort associated with new initiatives - Assisting in the planning and execution of functional and regression testing, working with process owners, and other functional areas - Attending project calls, designing, developing, and executing new functional and regression test scripts and executing complex test strategies according to the scope of the projects - Managing defects to monitor and report on defect resolution - Communicate regularly with process owners and project stakeholders providing consistent follow up on the status of testing and any issues. - Comfortable working independently and within a team environment in a dynamic and challenging environment - Working with the operations to Identify ways to improve process/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity - Assisting in documenting the operations procedure and communicating the changes to the operations teams on the new functionalities. - Working with the operations to create and maintain process maps - Ability to drive Agile methodologies. Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and user stories. - Collect and analyze data from various sources to escalate critical and high priority items that the project team needs to resolve in order to improve product and meet timelines. - Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects as well as working with the project team to evaluate existing processes and look for areas of improvement. - Coordinate with project team members and assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations - Communicate the application changes and control requirements to entire RCF to create awareness as necessary - Working on access management for the operations wherever required Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent, plus 5 years of operations, technology, financial or risk management experience - 1 - 3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing role is preferred - Retail Customer Fulfillment business knowledge is required. - Hands-on knowledge of Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) functionalities and UAT methodologies/best practices - Effective at complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues - Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines - Experience in the design of detailed functional and regression test plans, and the creation and execution of test scripts - Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies - Strong time management skill, with an ability to multi-task& handle multiple test assignments with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and ability to research and analyze detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test - Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner - Results-oriented / delivery focused; ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines - Ability to identify patterns and anomalies, proactively anticipate issues and resolve - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Experience in developing training material and Procedure writing - Flexible to work in any shift and additional hours as needed Preferred Skills: - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Business intelligence software including one or more of the following: BRIO Intelligence, SQL Server and/or Business Objects - Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable interacting with cross-line of business partners and senior management - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Experience working in Visio/iGrafx tools - Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Chase Answers is preferred (Internal) - Project Management Certification will be a plus point - Self-starter, independent worker, and ability to multitask - Excellent organizational and follow through skills; detail oriented - Possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, including an ability to influence and negotiate JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
