- We're looking for a highly-driven individual with an interest in working in financial services and at JPMorgan Chase.&nbsp; Your roles &amp; responsibilities will include: - Creation of centralized securities agent / FMI account inventory for all LOB to capture critical data attributes, account ownership and purpose. Work with CIB Technology partners to define business requirements - Management and escalation, where required, of account owner designation and recertification - Accountable for validation of monthly account attestation reports from securities agents vs. LOB ledger records, with development of automated account data attribute reconciliation(s) - Development of checks on account data with dynamic alignment of account inventory to agent contracts - Accountable for identification, investigation and resolution of partial or complete account breaks - Remediation of aged agent account data anomalies - Monitoring and management of dormant account estate in line with LOB dormancy policies - Partnership with Nostro Management group in Wholesale Payments to ensure synchronization with cash models, where appropriate - Proactively leveraging data insights and thematic analysis to produce securities account MIS reporting for LOB / Legal Entity boards and regulators - Monitoring of J.P. Morgan legal entity restructures, mergers and name change initiatives to ensure external agent account record changes are executed correctly - Ensuring integrity of account structure operated with sub-custodians adheres to global and local regulatory market rules About your skills &amp; experience: - A deep understanding of sub-custodian securities account data attributes and structures: omnibus, sub-custodian segregated, CSD segregated, beneficial owner direct-holding and client vs. proprietary segregation - Awareness of European financial regulations impacting securities account structure e.g. CASS, AIFMD, UCITS V - Knowledge of sub-custody and financial market infrastructures landscape - Familiarity with data visualization / analytics tools - Tableau, Xceptor, Alteryx - Ability to forge strong working relationships with business partners across firmwide LOBs and agent banks - Communication, negotiation, analytical and influencing skills - A good understanding of the firm's products and appreciation of respective business environments - Motivated self-starter, with the ability to pick up and learn new skills and knowledge quickly - Attention to detail combined with an ability to absorb information and form an opinion or conclusion - Proven self-starter, able to prioritize their own and other people's input - Excellent report writer and summarizer of complex issues / solutions - Ability to complete work to deadlines, with a sense of both urgency and accuracy thorough effective time management including goal setting, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring About your qualifications: - Overall 3 years of experience in Custody / Investment Banking operations JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
