Job Description : - The candidate will be expected to perform data analysis, create and maintain requirement documentation, help with testing (exploratory manual testing and automated acceptance testing), work closely with product owners and application developers to develop end user applications and data feeds within the Cash &amp; Payment Services Architecture. - Development will be predominantly in Java, as well as SQL and HTML/JavaScript, adhering to Lean &amp; Agile delivery methodologies. Development will take place in a continuous integration environment leveraging tools and processes to ultimately increase the control, quality and business value of the development team products. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including : - Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis work experience in a Software Development Project - Database skills, preferably in Oracle - Experience in Lean/Agile Methodologies and knowledge - Experience using tools like JIRA or confluence - Experience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantage - Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent informal leadership skills and teamwork skills - Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously. - Must be able to confidently multi-task in a complex and highly pressured production environment. - Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated Desired Experience / Skills : - Technical background and an understanding of the financial industry - Experience in Lean/Agile Methodologies and knowledge - Graduation/Post graduation/MBA from a premier institution. - Prior experience as Business Analysts or Operations or Product role is required.
