Job Description : &nbsp; 2021 ReEntry Program - India Operations - Mumbai / Bangalore&nbsp; &nbsp; - The ReEntry Program is a 14-week fellowship program, beginning 2021, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program.&nbsp; &nbsp; - The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years voluntarily being away. The world- s most important corporations, governments and institutions entrust us with their business in more than 100 countries.&nbsp; &nbsp; - Asset Wealth Management serve institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses.&nbsp; &nbsp; Shift Timings : EMEA / Night&nbsp; &nbsp; Locations : Mumbai &amp; Bangalore Roles in Asset Wealth Management : International Private Banking : - Operations expertise across Capital Markets/Financial Services - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to motivate the team and ensure business deliverables are consistently met - Attention to detail in identifying &amp; fixing any process gaps Trade Support : - Experience in Trade Support. - Knowledge of securities industry and back office operations (e.g. options, equities, fixed income, physicals, custody services, etc.) - Microsoft Suite of applications proficiency - Ability to analyze a process and recommend ways to improve quality, control, and efficiency. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills to assist in resolving issues and complex inquiries - Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy Data Quality - Chief Data Officer : - Metrics reporting and data dashboards using Qlikview, Tableau or similar tools - Experience performing four or more of the following functions: data mapping, data analytics, data modeling, business analysis, technical analysis, process flow mapping, data governance, and/or auditing - Operational skills + Reporting tools for MIS - Tableau , Sharepoint MS Excel etc. Asset Management knowledge a huge plus for middle office , recon and accounting Change Mobilization : - Service Design - lead co-creation of end-to-end, front-to-back target service experiences, purposefully aligning people, processes and systems to deliver improved employee experience and better client outcomes - Business Process &amp; Decision Modeling - capture current and design future state processes and business logic; model capacity and costing; simulate the impact of change; and drive integration into underlying core technology - Analytics Transformation - govern and support adoption of Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik in both a COE and federated model; drive value creation through automation of manual data preparation and reporting tasks; lead product development of interactive analytics - Intelligent Automation - manage ongoing automation initiatives using Xceptor and Robotics Process Automation; liaise with firm-wide programs and represent AWM Operations in evaluation and implementation of existing and emerging digital tools Mortgage : - Mortgage management experience, - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external parties - Expertise in Mortgage concepts; Working knowledge of major US Mortgage Regulations - Detailed understanding of all stages of mortgage originations life cycle - Proficiency in analyzing documents like Title, Home Owners Insurance/Flood, Appraisal, etc. Credit Middle Office : - Understanding of credit concepts - Strong knowledge of banking operations. - Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization - Leadership skills to drive discussions and lead the group - Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives. - Have an affinity or ability for systems thinking. - People management experience and Client focus - Control orientated and Risk awareness Qualifications : What We Look For : - Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program. - Individuals must be on a voluntary career break for at least two years in order to be considered. The candidates- background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Corporate Investment Banking &amp; Asset Wealth Management.
