As a Project Manager, this position will help ensure Key Performance Indicators are met with projects & initiatives. Responsibility will span across multiple functions, businesses, and geographies of CCB Operations.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Launch and execute projects across the India and Philippines GSCs targeted to aligning business practices, and be accountable to ensuring key results are achieved  - Define project approach, timelines, deliverables  - Develop and execute project charters, business requirements, cost/benefit analysis, test strategies, test plans, risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans and implementation plans.  - Manage projects within established timelines, budget, business requirements, operating objectives, corporate and LOB standards, and client's needs.  - Partner with business owners to ensure project activities align with operating objectives and policies.  - Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts within projects and partner organizations.  - Establish effective communication plan to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders   - Manage risks and control agenda related to the projects, and continuously monitor compliance to regulatory requirements throughout execution  Qualifications:  - Experience in financial services industry is preferred  - Knowledge of Project Management tools/resources will be an added advantage  - Proven track record of driving performance and working with cross functional teams  - Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing through complex and matrix functions  - Proficient in setting strategic direction and execution. Proven ability to deliver business results and demonstrate continuous improvement. Experienced at implementing positive change across multiple functional groups, and implementing innovative solutions as appropriate  - Excellent communication skills to fulfill expectations such as, but not limited to presenting, consulting, influencing, & negotiating with senior leaders &/or functional area experts
