CCB_F&BM_Vendor Enablement_Associate Description : - The role is part of the CCB Tech & Digital Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for CCB Technology organization. Vendor Management office manages location strategy, seat management, Technology Spend governance. - As part of the CCB F&BM- Vendor Enablement team, candidate should be able to manage large number of Non Labor supplier engagements ranging from simple one time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor hosted managed services agreements requiring subscription based licenses and proprietary professional services Job Responsibility : - Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and Sourcing - Build and manage relationships with internal key contacts, ensuring Vendor Enablement and Experience requirements and objectives are adhered to with data collection and requirements gathering, validating budget funding, contract negotiations, and execution of vendor processes - Assist in the strategy for evaluating and monitoring vendors in the CCB Tech space - Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle - Partner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied - Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap - Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders - Review RFPs ( Request for Proposals) from suppliers for commercial evaluation, Contract review for deliverables and commercial terms, Negotiation and execution of contract.
