Associate - Transformation Delivery & Design - Account Solution Transformation

Description: This role is in the Digital and Platform Services (DPS) organization in Mumbai- India & part of Wholesale Payments Operations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a transformation program for account solutions. The candidate will be responsible for Redefining the Account Solution space by addressing fragmented architecture, simplification, reduce duplication and drive efficiency, streamline client experience , Optimize system design and build a capability driven architecture's role will work closely with multiple stakeholders including Product Management, Operations, Technology, Risk & Control, and Finance and leverage industry best practice on change and transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand current processes and challenges and define future state process and benefits with the goal of enhancing client experience, increasing automation/efficiency, and reducing risk.

- Full program lifecycle management including Defining program/project objectives and benefits, functional domains and architecture, business requirements, delivery roadmaps, migration of processing from current state/platforms to target state processes and platforms, Operational readiness

- Partner with business and technology teams to execute and achieve program objectives.

- Governance - Regular, formal updates to senior stakeholders

- Lead a team and build/develop the right skills, experience, knowledge and capacity in support of the above

- Leadership - Assume a key leadership role within the Strategic Execution team. Build & develop relationships, within and across the organization, and drive change.

- Providing sign off on the functional requirements and system design

- Monitoring the user acceptance testing and reviewing defects raised with a view to ascertain the impact to Operations.

- Ensuring operations performs prerelease and post release validations for the platform releases

- Assisting in documenting the operations procedure and providing training to the operations teams on the new functionalities

- Be involved in each stage of the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) from requirements to deployment and implementation.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilites:

- Overall 10+ years of experience in similar environment and strong team management experience

- Working knowledge of Account solutions, products- DDA account opening and Virtual products

- Working knowledge on Client on-boarding and experience in automating of client account setups thereby improving faster and easier onboarding with reduced production set up issues, and better product mandate/options visibility

- Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.

- Program Management - Prior experience of managing large scale, complex, multi-year programs, with multiple sub-projects/phases. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work in parallel. Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record

- Experience with Agile delivery methods

- Effective change management and transformation experience. Ability to challenge current state and mind set, adapt to a changing environment

- Influencing and negotiation skills - Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations, challenging status quo and influence decisions/direction with stakeholders

- Good communication (both oral and written), ability to create and deliver executive presentations

- Holding self and all teams accountable and focus on delivery

- Strong partnership record - ability to build effective relationships to leverage different parts of the organization as required

- Ability to lead and work independently

- Shift -EMEA hours -Flexible to rotate, if required.
