CCB Risk - Strategic Analytics(Fraud) - Associate Description: - As a Fraud Risk Strategic Associate, you'll perform analysis and drive changes needed to manage and deploy credit card fraud strategies. - The team operates in a very fast paced environment and requires rapid response time to emerging issues, giving you the opportunity to leverage your strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills. A sense of urgency, effective time management and being detail oriented will be key. Responsibilities: - Perform analysis of Card Fraud strategies to evaluate their effectiveness in preventing loss while minimizing operational expense and optimizing the customer experience - Conduct research to identify fraud trends and perform simulations to determine rules that can be implemented to mitigate losses - Communicate across partner teams and at all levels, presenting strategies for approval and obtaining executive buy-in - Manage deliverables needed to implement strategies by working with stakeholders to design solutions, develop requirements and test their implementation - Monitor strategies to identify emerging attacks and trends and make changes to strategies in response - Ensure compliance with existing control structure while also driving future enhancements Qualifications: - Degree in a quantitative discipline from an accredited college/university preferred and 3+ years of experience in a Risk Management or quantitative role, preferably in credit cards or financial services - Working knowledge of detection & mitigation practices for fraud types, Including Identity Theft, Account Take Over and Rewards Theft - Experience with SAS and SQL - Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information - Strong written and oral communication skills - Experience delivering recommendations to management About Us: - Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
