As a member of the team, the individual will be responsible for: Responsibilities - - Project execution and management from inception through end-to-end implementation, with focus on communications - Work on the scope, goals and deliverables of the project to align with overall business objectives - Expertise and hands on experience with SharePoint (Designer, InfoPath, and/or equivalent), web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Strive to create visually appealing presentations and sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation - Effectively communicate and engage with project team, technology team(s) and Senior Management, as appropriate - Work on various senior management reports - Perform reporting and data analytics for projects in Model Risk management - Partner with internal teams to support business execution for Model Review and Governance activities - Develop, analyze and interpret process efficiency metrics related to Model Risk management - Provide and present relevant project reports to senior management and stakeholders using PowerPoint, Excel, Access and SharePoint Qualification - Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in Computer/Information Systems/Financial Engineering - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in model risk management or financial services space Skillset - Strong MS Excel, MS Access and VBA skills, experience in building macros is a must - Strong SharePoint, SharePoint InfoPath, SharePoint Designer (or equivalent), HTML, JavaScript, experience in Web Programming Skills is a must - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of Tableau is a plus, but not required - Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large dataset and number crunching aptitude - Ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently, and work well in cross-functional teams - Ability to identify process improvement opportunities to improve overall client experience
