Job Description The role entails knowledge of FX Products and trade life cycle. Should have past experience of settlements which involves knowledge of handling swift, good analytical and investigation skills. Exposure to client servicing as the role involves regular interaction with external clients and internal Sales, trading desks and Middle Office Operations over emails and phone call. Should possess multitasking skills and should have worked in a Currency cutoff driven environment. The individual should also have sound knowledge of Microsoft office tools which will assist in MIS reporting to the local management. The role involves seamless investigation of various FX Products booked via various platforms and ensure timely &amp; seamless settlement to enhance clients experience. This would be an individual contributor role reporting into an Associate. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or in the last year of study) from leading academic institution. Postgraduate level qualification is a plus. - Bilingual in English (oral and written). - Banking Industry Experience and risk management is a plus. - Solid communication skills (written and verbal). - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
