Data Analytics & Reporting Business Analyst - Associate Description: Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Manage the Insight & Analytics team - Build a Centre of Excellence around Intelligent Automation tools such as Insta base to fasten digital transformation journey. - Assist in onboarding and adoption of these tools across document digitization space. Organize and lead training sessions to increase awareness and adoption of Intelligent Automation tools. - Liaise with operations team to understand the priority documents and carve out an approach to digitize the documents - Interface with business managers, product owners and technology teams to design, develop, deploy, and enhance digitization solutions and dashboards - Develop new Alteryx data transformation workflows and bespoke macros - Create, manage, and enhance dashboards in QlikView / Tableau in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies - Help support and develop data-driven business culture across CIB Digital & Platform Services - Investigate, debug and resolve any technical issues with intelligent automation tools such as Insta base, Alteryx and Tableau. Total Work Experience: 5+ years Qualifications & Skillsets: - 5+ years of experience in handling reporting capabilities such as MIS and dashboards, preferably in an Investment Banking domain. - 2+ years of experience on Analytical tools such as Alteryx, and visualization tools such as Qlik view/Tableau and SQL - Hands-on experience on any programming language. Python is preferred. - Knowledge of tools such as Insta base and Ui Path will be preferable. - Should have excellent communication skills and good analytical mindset. - Quick learner and should be able to adapt quickly based on new assignments and tasks.
