Data Analytics - Associate

Description:

- You will focus on identifying; delivering; monitoring; and managing the specific learning needs to allow asset and Wealth Management (AWM) to broadly adopt self-service delivery of Analytics and Intelligent Automation capabilities.

- This role will collaborate with firm-wide Learning & Development teams; vendors (for platform specific training); control partners (for governance) and product experts (for delivery standards) to synthesize the various inputs and ensure that learning materials; certifications; and other learning activities are available to meet these needs across regions.

- This role will also create data-driven mechanisms to monitor the impact and efficacy of learning outcomes (and to adjust as necessary); provide a roadmap for the skill-uplift; and to ensure that all learning interventions highlight the full breadth of data & analytics impact and input across the full Asset and Wealth Management Landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

Learning Roadmap:

- Evaluate available materials and learning channels to create a roadmap for the development of training for AWM to allow for broad adoption of data practices, in coordination with existing groups and initiatives

- Ensure that learning provided covers the needs of the capability / product areas and governance / policy requirements.

Manage & Accelerate Learning Velocity:

- Manage the schedule & logistics of training globally

- Create and foster local learning initiatives to harness local energies and ideas; in coordination with regional & capability owners

- Update and manage learning & super-user communities for deployment of learning

Monitor coverage & effectiveness to guide the roadmap:

- Create tracking mechanisms to evaluate training deployment & certification levels

- Identify and provide additional mechanisms to validate efficacy of training & learning initiatives (e.g. monitoring of work performed; common misconceptions etc.)

- Create a curated dataset of trained & certified practitioners

Maintain & Adjust:

- Act as the liaison with firm-wide learning teams; control; and product specialists to ensure learning is fit for purpose and continually maintained as needs evolve

- Monitor costs and returns to ensure value for money and areas of opportunity

- Create the foundations which can be broadened to all AWM capabilities

- Embody true "customer-obsession" in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape our design and roadmap

Required Qualifications, skills and Capabilities:

- Bachelor's/PG Degree required in any field of study

- 6+ years of experience in the application of data & analytics to operational processing

- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver learning interventions to upskill analytics & data practitioners.

- Experience building a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization.

- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.

- Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels, across a broad variety of job functions.

- Represent the Operations Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap with key senior stakeholders and in high visibility forums.

Preferred Qualifications, skills and Capabilities:

- Strong skills on Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence preferred

- Experience in Data Visualization - Preferred experience with Tableau

- Experience in Alteryx - Alteryx Core Certified Preferred

- Experience in SQL, Database and Data warehousing
