The Control Management groups mission is to solidify an effective Firmwide control framework within and across the lines of business by identifying and remediating control issues with a sense of urgency, regardless of the source. Within CM, the Controls Room (CR) functions as a utility for the firm, providing control and compliance reporting, metrics and data analytics at the Enterprise level.


The mission of the department is to provide meaningful management information that will facilitate decision making, including post-incident tracking and analysis. Controls Room Support Services Operations provides day-to-day operational support related to the control of data, provisioning of reporting to users, application related issues and adhoc projects . Should be flexible with EMEA shifts

1. Overall 8 years & above of experience in Banking & Financial Services, with at least 5 years of professional experience in design and development of dashboards, Scorecards using Tableau. Tableau is the primary skill for the role. Recent experience in data mining using Alteryx or any other machine learning tool like Python and text analytics using R is preferred.

2. Advanced proficiency in Tableau with experience to make interactive data visualizations & graphics across the firm. Hands-on experience with thorough knowledge of data source integration and advanced GUI development in Tableau.

3. The role emphasizes for a strong analytical mind to conceptualize, design and develop graphic data visualizations with a strong technical knowledge in Tableau

4. Understanding of Project Management and Experience with Operations risk in the Banking Industry is a plus

5. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

6. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet the Business Priorities are needed

7. Ability to learn quickly, Adjust to changes and Think outside the box

8. Good verbal/written and inter-personal skills

9. Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident

10. Master's or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work on Business Intelligence in partnership with onshore & offshore teams and Business stakeholders for design and development of Dashboards

2. Stay abreast of new tools and technologies to practice up-to-date data evaluation & visualization strategies

3. Support and enhance Operational Risk and Controls Management of the firm by Designing relevant Dashboards & Scorecards that are best in class

4. Review all existing reports and scorecards for better visualization and interaction

5. Creating and working with data sets required & cross data relationships

6. Contribute in identifying key reporting indicators through data deep dives, data mining, collaboration with Risk and Control Management organization

Qualifications

Education & Professional Designation

Bachelors Degree, Masters, or equivalent experience.

Master's or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred
