Collateral Management is made up of Onboarding legal docs like ISDA (Intl Swaps and Derivs Assoc) &amp; CSA (Credit Support Annex), Margin call issuance and acceptance, Dispute Management and Coll bal Recons, Settlements as well as Interest Processing and Coupon Payments. We manage Futures, MBS (Mortgage backed securities), Cleared and Bilateral OTC, Prime Brokerage and provide support across Asia, EMEA and NY regions Specific Responsibilities - - Collateral Margin Agreement with counterparties - Collateral dispute management - Collateral settlement - Independent amount management - Strong understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC, Repo, Futures, CFD, FX and NDF. - Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage, Inter Fund Lending and Securities lending business - Various Regulatory reporting - Mailbox management - Daily KPI and collateral metrics reporting Candidate should be flexible to work in ASIA/EMEA/US hours.
