Client Operations Associate - Wealth Management Operations - AWM Description: Position Summary: - We are seeking an Associate to support Client Operations' Transformation Engagement agenda. Among other duties, the role will be responsible for the organization's engagement in the global strategy, transformation agenda and target operating model, including management of communications and engagement vehicles. - The candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, able to meet deadlines, have strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management. The role will report to the global WMCO Communications Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Planning, end-to-end execution and coordination for all aspects of the engagement program - Editorial support/development of business communications and online content; support for branding initiatives - Ensure strategic utilization of the engagement and communication forums and vehicles - Support for WMCO People Agenda initiatives - Stakeholder engagement initiatives - Ad hoc projects Skills Required and General Competencies: - Strong MS Office (Power Point, Excel etc.) skills - Experience with SharePoint, Web Page Design, MS Teams, a plus - Excellent editorial skills - Use of applications to develop creative engagement solutions, including video and podcast creation - Strong problem solving skills - Ability to manage competing priorities - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively - Ability to respond quickly to critical business needs - Strong organizational skills; ability to work well with others under a tight deadline - Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision - Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment About Us: JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
