Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirement, in accordance with regulatory requirements as part of Home Lending External Reporting Team. Responsible for regulatory and non-regulatory exam requirements as per the schedule with tight deadlines Essential Functions of the Job: - Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement (BRD) in compliance with JPMC standards with the help of strong analytical and product management skills - Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs - Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the IT team through which requirements flow - Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system - Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects - Assess, understand and manage interdependencies with other work streams - Maintain compliance with all relevant JP Morgan policies and guidelines during all stages of the project life cycle Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities : - The role requires advanced analytical acumen and solution orientation. The role possesses critical thinking skills and the ability to understand requirements to provide insightful observations, identify trends and communicate these effectively.
