Job Description:

- The incumbent would be a leadership role within the Asset Servicing team in Bengaluru and would need to be a key contributor to running the operations. As part of this role some of the key responsibilities of this role would include the following -

- Supervision of day to day operations to ensure the key operational parameters are met.

- Lead identification and implementation of tactical and strategic technology and process change requirements to help improve efficiency

- Review controls for all manual processes to eliminate processing errors

- Be a strong member of the department leadership to motivate and support team.

- Communicate and influence behavior upstream and with partners to showcase the good work done at the site and to improve results

Core Skill-sets:

- Candidate should possess strong knowledge of Banking operations preferably in the Asset Servicing space.

- Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team

- Adaptable to change and ability to manage change

- Systems thinking.

- People management experience

- Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills

- Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).

- Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.

- Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with senior management.

- Excellent coaching skills.

- Good delegation skills.

- Good presentation skills
