Job Description: Core operations roles including document and transaction processing, settlement and confirmation, margin and collateral, payment processing and support, and fund accounting. The Role: Asset Servicing roles are responsible for managing all corporate- and income-related events across all asset classes for collections, announcement capture, corporate actions processing, income processing, proxy and controls, entitlement completion and payment processing, claims management, Nostro resolution, tax reclamation, proxy voting services, capital calls, distribution, and class actions. Responsibilities: - Provides subject matter expertise based upon a full understanding of technical, domain, and operational aspects of the function. - Recommends and implements enhancements and process improvements and may be included in strategic business initiatives. - Drives change and firmwide initiatives and serves as escalation contact for the team for any issues. Mitigates and escalates identified risks and controls.
