Job Description : UAT Analyst : Roles and Responsibilities : - Perform end to end Testing; User Acceptance Testing, Regression & Functional - Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios - Test Cases / Test Scripts - Test automation and build automation script suite - Provide training on best practices and industry wide standardized Testing approach - Build competency assessment tests for testers - Defect Management - identification and analysis of defects and work with Ops teams to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution. - In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results. - Update documentation that has gone out-of-date Soft Skills Required : - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. - Understanding of TDD, BDD and Shift Left concepts - Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to negotiate, communicate and deliver effective Automated Test solutions to both Development and QA organizations. - Experience in use of MS Office products for both analysis and presentation.Technical Skills required. - Bachelor's Degree and/or Graduate Degree. - Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role. - Experience in project management and QA methodology. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. - Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools. - Basic knowledge of Web/HTML - One Testing Certification ISTQB or CSTE About Us : - JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
