The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) organization resides within Corporate Finance Line of Business in JPMC. FRRA is responsible for the execution and delivery of the Firm's regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. Regulatory Reporting Team within FRRA is responsible for the filing of various regulatory reports with various US regulatory agencies (primarily the Federal Reserve, the OCC and the FDIC).The team aggregates submissions from the data submitters to produce consolidated report in accordance with regulatory reporting requirements. The team is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the regulatory reports and the associated control design and technology enhancement. The team is also responsible for providing the subject matter expert opinion to support the accurate implementation of the regulatory requirement changes. Analyst Roles and Responsibilities: (Job Timing 1:00PM/2:00PM - 10:00PM/11:00PM IST) - Reviewing the regulatory reporting instructions periodically to ensure reporting compliance - Co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders (data providers\echnology) to implement regulatory reporting requirement changes - Aggregating submissions from multiple lines of businesses\data contributors and preparing the firm's regulatory reports (Example: Financial Reports such as FR Y-9C\FFIEC 031, Risk Reports such as FR Y-15, FFIEC 101\102, Country exposure risk, Capital Reports such as FR Y-14A, FR Y-14Q etc.) and executing the relevant controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of the report preparation - Understand the trends and drivers for the balance movement in the reports - Preparing and maintaining supporting documentation that provides additional granularity or evidences complete and accurate reporting of the regulatory report - Preparation of senior management review \ regulator's review materials - Provide additional details\\Address queries as requested by regulators on the submitted regulatory report - Periodic review, update and comprehensive documentation of process changes\\system logic updates that impact the report preparation - Document, track and resolve errors in regulatory reporting - Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to report quality and improvement projects (technology \ non-technology) Qualifications and skill sets: - Bachelor's in commerce with relevant experience of 3-5 years (or) CA\ Post Graduation\ Master's in accounting\Business\Finance related field with relevant experience of 1-2 years - Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting - Experience using Microsoft Office Application Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). - Strong analytical skills - Strong inter-personal skills and ability to partner and build relationships with stakeholders (locally and globally) - Ability to work independently - Strong control/documentation mindset with the ability to identify and communicate issues in a timely manner - Adaptability to thrive in demanding and dynamic work culture - Self-Starter with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; including strong time-management and prioritization skills Added Advantage: - Experience in Business Intelligence applications such as Alteryx, Tableau etc. - Experience in Financials applications such as Axiom, SAP - Prior Experience in regulatory reporting - Good understanding of Basel III regulatory framework About us: JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
