(BSE) & The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives and Currency Derivative Segments. - JPMIPL has a substantial presence amongst Institutional Clients within the broking industry in India. We require candidates for Broking Operations on the Cash Equity Segment. Responsibilities : Candidate will be part of the Broking Operations team and will be responsible for the following key functions: - Trade Contracting and Trade Settlement - Coordinating with Clients, Custodians, Banks, Exchanges, Depositories, Overseas desk and other business partners - Issuing Trade Confirmation - Trade Settlement & Accounting - MIS Reporting - Replying to Regulator / Client's related queries - Exchange reporting - Handling Primary Market activities - Regulatory reports and submission (OTR, UCC, Collateral) - Exchange / Bank reconciliations Knowledge & Skills Sets : - Possessing sound knowledge of Cash Equity product with special emphasis on handling Institutional Clients - Aware of stock broking related regulations - Good Communication Skill - Ability to handle pressure and volumes - Ability to exercise high levels of discipline and concentration - Flexible to work overtime and on holidays - Good Accounting Knowledge - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. - Ability to work in a deadline driven environment - Good team member Education : Commerce Graduates / Post Graduate with good academics Experience : The incumbent would be having experience ranging from 8 to 10 years of relevant stock broking operations including trade contracting, settlements, trade/bank accounting, regulatory reporting, exchange/bank reconciliations, liaising with banks, custodians exchanges, depositories, etc.
