Morgan Markets is an application hosting and delivery solution for both internal and external clients of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). It hosts applications across the entire lifecycle - Pre-Trade, Trading and Post-Trade.  - The Digital Intelligence team delivers metrics, analysis and insights on users and usage of multiple apps available on the J.P. Morgan Markets platform across the trade lifecycle. The objective is to help the executive team make better, data-driven, business decisions.  - The incumbent will be responsible for assisting senior members of the Digital Intelligence team in finding valuable insights from various data sources. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with business intelligence tools, and ability to work with different teams in a constantly changing environment.  Key Responsibilities :  - Provide data, reports and analysis on users and usage of JPMM platform and applications  - Answer ad-hoc questions on metrics from various teams, both internal and external  - Liaise between IT infrastructure, product owners and business teams to help streamline the processes of capturing, storing, retrieving and analyzing data  - Run recurring tests to verify accuracy of data and consistently work to improve the quality of existing data sets and reports  - Help IT infrastructure create automated reports in QlikView and other reporting tools, and write macros to organize data in ready to use format   - Help create compelling data visualizations and dashboards  - Work with developers to create dashboards and detailed reports for key applications  Key Skills :  - Working knowledge of Business intelligence tools, ideally QlikView  - Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros, pivot tables, v-lookup) and SQL  - Excellent Communications Skills  Desired Skills :   - Knowledge of Python  - Knowledge of Jira or other project management tools  - Experience in the financial markets  Qualifications :  The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:   - Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience  - Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a - can-do attitude  - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation  - Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  - Excellent problem solving skills - as well as written and verbal communication  - Quick learner with strong attention to detail  - Ability to work with tight deadlines  - Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize task  Experience Required :   - 2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence teams in large organizations, preferably in the financial services industry
