This role is on the permanent payroll to support LEC team, specifically providing coverage to Bank and other subsidiary entities in India. The role is for assisting in the maintenance of books of accounts under US GAAP and Local GAAP, Ind AS, Legal Entity reporting, US Reg and India Reg reporting, Control metrics reporting including reconciliation. The role is based in Mumbai. Requirements: - A degree in accounting or finance related discipline - A recognized professional accounting qualification - Preferably a CA - 2018/ 2017/ 2016 Batch - Knowledge on accounting standards, audit procedures, etc - Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure - Good communication skills - Project Management Skills - Positive attitude and a good team player Responsibilities: - Day to day finance operations, execute a month end closing process in US GAAP, Indian GAAP and Ind As. - Local GAAP accounting and finalisation. - Regulatory reporting to Reserve Bank of India on monthly basis - Preparation of financial packs for local governance framework
