Job Description I Key Responsibilities:  - Work closely with senior Acquisitions/Asset Management officers across the entire life cycle of a transaction from origination, negotiation, execution and active asset management leading to monetization  - Independent charge of asset monitoring, valuation and reporting activities  - Contribute actively to platform marketing & fundraising activities  - Develop primary industry network  Key Skills & Requirements:  - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a real estate investments firm  - Deep understanding of the India real estate market across asset classes and geographies  - Self-starter with ability to develop and nurture independent sponsor and market relationships  - Proficient in financial modelling, PowerPoint and Word presentations; strong written and verbal communication skills  - Strong analytical skills and comfort with valuation & structuring concepts; familiarity with Indian legal and regulatory framework  - MBA degree from top Indian/global business school preferred
