Position Overview: The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the US and Europe regions. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that drive client success. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the US and Europe. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters. Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic advice and solutions to meet those needs. Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and revenue within existing accounts. Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets. Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and client onboarding. Strategic Planning: Work with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their recruitment goals. Analyze market trends and client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies. Performance Management: Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and ROI. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment advertising industry. - Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in the US and Europe regions. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and recruitment trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Hubspot and analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as needed.
