You'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our US-based clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their main point of contact - Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients - Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded - Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met - Keep clients up-to-date on new and exciting developments in the Ad-Tech industry - Resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring they're always happy with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience - Represent our company at industry events and be a true ambassador for the Ad-Tech revolution! Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters in Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in client management in the Ad-Tech industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Knowledge of the Ad-Tech industry and emerging trends is a plus.
