Reporting to - President

He has to oversee the operations of our four units located in different parts of the country and other commercial, financial and corporate activities viz.

- Develop strategic plans for the company with an objective to increase revenue and profitability.

- Oversee work of Unit Heads to ensure maximum efficiency and utilization of all resources, quality of products, development of new products etc.

- Oversee working of marketing and purchases offices to ensure best possible deals and follow of standard laid down systems and procedures.

The candidate should preferably be a Master in Business Administration and / or Chartered Accountant or equivalent. Should have practical and thorough knowledge of working of spinning mills like technical, production, labour, administration, liaison and commercial activities like sales, purchases etc. Should have capability of setting targets and getting them achieved by galvanizing the entire organization.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years- experience in a similar position with proven track records.

Age should not be more than 52 years.
