Financial - Support the CSR Head in making the annual budget plan , Develop, analyze & evaluate impact, resource requirements & cost/benefit of new programs Customer/ External Orientation - Monitor and manage third party due diligence including scheduling, reports reviews, tracking performance and cost management. Handle all the post- project reporting by various partners in order to gauge the results of the programs. - Plan, lead and execute all External Showcasing events which are tied up to our CSR activities - Organize quarterly CSR conversations that will help with capacity building of the internal CSR team - Drive and monitor Pan-India employee volunteerism activities in collaboration with NGO partners and Human Resources to ensure optimum employee engagement in CSR across units - Attend relevant industry events and manage external vendors as necessary. Manage partnership guidelines. - Find how organizations programs can dovetail government initiatives. Explore opportunities to enhance our programs with the help of existing government programs and funds. - Track the CSR initiatives of other companies to absorb best practices. Follow and share the news reports on CSR projects of other companies/industries - Maintain an ongoing relationship with the partners to whom donations are given, ensuring that regular meetings take place so that each party is aware of current developments and status of the program being implemented by the partner - Act as a key point of contact for the Business in the Community. Manage community programs overall to ensure that they benefit local communities as well as our objectives - Ensure visibility of Company's CSR activities at relevant industry forums and functions and stay up-to- date with the award opportunities that exist in the CSR space - Showcase our CSR work to key ministries in the centre in order to highlight our brand image. People Orientation - Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of CSR programs - Engage internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization - Remain up-to-date and routinely inform organizational stakeholders of all relevant social and environmental issues emerging and their potential importance to the company. Plan and execute CSR team workshops across the units every quarter - Manage volunteers, community partners and interns when applicable. Mentor the team on the ground to enhance their CSR capabilities Core operational accountabilities - Lead, co-ordinate, manage and handle the scaling-up of all existing CSR projects - Support CSR head for the development and implementation of agenda by crafting goals, policies and initiatives that align with and support the organization's business strategies, reflect our values and support the communities where we do business - Coordinate all the work that will be done as a part of our Shriram Nagar CSR initiative across units. - Ensure that there is consistency in the standards of activities being pursued for the same and keep a check on the quality control. - Develop a tracking and reporting mechanism by which local CSR activities are monitored and supported by office - Address the administration needs of the department - Visit target geographies frequently to formulate new and impactful CSR initiatives with the help of the local teams and to understand the gaps and highlight fresh requirements.
