Joint Manager/Manager - Business HR - Polymer/Retail Business

We are recruiting for the position of Joint Manager | Manager Business HR for our Polymers(retail) business

Education: Any graduate (BE in any discipline preferred) + full-time management degree in HR

Work Experience: Approximately 8 to 12 years in the retail industry

Location: Mumbai

Role:

- Partner with business head by providing HR perspective on business strategies

- Make business future ready by identifying qualitative and quantitative manpower requirements in line with business plan

- Review organogram and ensure timely availability of approved manpower

- Facilitate implementation of talent management and succession plan

- Implement capability development framework

- Enhance employee engagement through various initiatives
