Responsibilities and Duties : - Develop, optimize, scale & monitor online marketing campaigns in the field of SEA & SMM according to defined goals, KPIs & customer journey insights - Optimize existing campaigns based on data-driven insights - Pull and analyze reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance - Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities based on CPA goals - Staying up to date with all business trends and best practices in performance marketing - Proactively look for new opportunities to reduce CPA and for growth & efficiency gains without sacrificing the quality Qualifications and Skills : - Successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, communications, marketing or in a technical discipline - At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing preferably in B2C/Marketplace businesses - Deep knowledge & understanding of global SEA & SMM ad platforms - Well-versed with the handling of Excel (pivot tables, conversion table, formulas, etc.) - Very detail-oriented, analytical and results-oriented - Experience in a rapidly changing business environment, high levels of agility with the ability to adapt - Ability to creatively and innovatively find new marketing solutions - Fluent English (spoken and written), any other language is an advantage Benefits : - Independent work in a young team with room for individuality, professionalism and a lot of humor - Opportunity to work with an international & diverse team with backgrounds in companies like PwC, Dell, Munich RE - Very open, transparent & fun environment - Startup culture, central office & free coffee
