Job Description : Johnson &amp; Johnson Inc. is recruiting for a Tableau Financial Analyst for Reporting &amp; Analytics within the Worldwide FP&amp;A organization at Position Band of 25, located in Mumbai / Bengaluru, India. One of the key initiatives of organization is to enable a finance insight driven J&amp;J Enterprise by delivering standardized reporting, advanced analytics, and data at scale through human centric digital experience with a robust governance framework supported by artificial intelligence and deep analytics talent. This position will provide support to Operational and Management Reporting and provides the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and strategic enterprise initiative for the corporation. In addition, this role will provide the individual the opportunity to help shape global process transformation and efficiency within the Reporting &amp; Analytics space. The candidate will approach problem solving with a user-centric mindset and bring creative solutions to drive usability and adoption of reporting The analyst will partner closely with finance and business leaders to design and implement reporting solutions that drive data insights to a wide variety of stakeholders. For this person to be successful, we are not only looking for a person that has experience and subject matter expertise in FP&amp;A, but also someone that is highly collaborative, innovative, and versatile with the ability to effectively building strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities&nbsp;: - The analyst will be involved in the design, creation/build, management, and execution of interactive visualizations in Tableau for non-technical users in the Finance organization - He/she must be able to translate user requirements into functional design document and create report wireframes with the objective of deploying standardized, automated, and globally aligned on-demand reports/dashboards, and data for Exploratory data analysis. - Work with business partners to identify / document / translate requirements for Report Development sprint cycles and in a consumable format and terminology for the report developers (this includes report design best practices, wireframes, mockups, prototypes requirements, user stories, functional design document). Deliver report design that is easily adaptable into reporting technologies (SAP Webi, SAP Analysis for Office, Tableau) - Design, build and deploy report integration strategy by setting clear processes on report deployment, testing, change control framework, hyper care support and operational support model. - Develop Business simulation test approach and develop and conduct test cases. - Develop User acceptance test approach and develop and conduct test cases - Connect with various stakeholders to understand change impact assessment and liaise with training lead to execute train the trainer sessions - Connect with deployment manager to handle cutover processes which includes - production deployment plan, hyper care transition plan, execute dress rehearsals, suggest on Go/No Go decision and draft project closure report - Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood - Active involvement in Ongoing Cross-Project Coordination and Project Management Activities Education : A minimum of a Bachelor's/Master's degree is required, preferably with a major in IT/Finance. Project Management certification will be preferred. Experience and Skills : Required : - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards. - Proficient in Level of Detail calculations and Table Calculations. - Previous experience of working on complex/large datasets (10 million rows or more) - Hands-on experience of working with different kinds of filters (Context/Extract/Data Source) and Parameters. - Working knowledge of Tableau server admin activities including Tab command. - Worked on latest Tableau versions (at least till 2019.3) - Experience of building dashboards for different screen layouts is an added advantage. - Experience with JavaScript and Python programming languages a plus Experience in web design languages (HTML, CSS, etc.) a plus - Basic knowledge of SQL - Understanding SDLC - agile/scrum, waterfall methodologies - Strong finance background with deep understanding of finance reporting requirements is must - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to learn quickly and leverage is must - Able to manage multiple concurrent work streams. Preferred related industry experience&nbsp;: - FP&amp;A and Financial &amp; Management Reporting - Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&amp;A reporting solutions will be preferred - Advanced Tableau Skills experience using Tableau to build dashboards (proficient with advanced LODs, Table Calculations) Other :&nbsp;Travel percentage - 10% Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
