JOB DESCRIPTION: Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting for Product Specialist (Megadyne & NeuWave)role, located in Delhi/ Chandigarh/Jaipur ILLUSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Product specialist will look after existing centers and work on new opportunities to further increase the core energy penetration in focussed accounts and create a new market segment for NeuWave & Core Energy. - The specialist would work with account managers who manage key accounts and help them in technology penetration and elevate the standard of patient care. - In addition, the focus of the role is on the care and development of existing and development of new ablation centers in the region. The Product specialist should be able to conduct conversations confidently on different levels: purchasing, users, and management. - The following additional tasks constitute an intrinsic part of the role: - Marketing/distribution of the Ethicon product portfolio - Building and expanding strong customer relationships - Working in partnership with different internal and external partners - Systematic search and identification of new potential customers in greenfield projects. - Sound and holistic customer service in the field of ablation & core energy. - Enthusiastic and responsible work - Responsible for increasing sales and expanding market share. - Organizing and conducting training, presentations and customer events - Regular reporting and forecasting - Strong collaboration with Sales & Commercial Leaders to figure out the best opportunities and execution plans. - Develop, review, approve, implement and monitor the productivity of all promotional programs. - Ensure the proper execution of sales training programs, Congress and Prof Ed collaboration - Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment though external and internal research in order to identify needs and opportunities - Be a role model for J&J Credo Values and Healthcare Compliance EDUCATION: - MBA Degree (preferably with specialization in Marketing) from a premier business school - Science background will be preferred or knowledge of Anatomy will be an added advantage. - Previous experience of High-end capital medical devices, Government Tenders, Operating Room Experience, Project Management will be preferred. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: - Experience of minimum 5+ years would be preferred - Experience in sales of High-end Capital equipment is imperative - Experience in Market Shaping will be an added advantage OTHER: Should be proficient in Hindi and English Are you ready to impact the world?
