Liaison with government authorities like Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employee State Insurance, Labour and Employment Cell, Industries Department etc.  b. Compliance to all State and Central Statutory Provisions pertaining to Labour Laws including but not limited to quarterly and annual returns, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund etc.   c. Proactive Discipline Management through analysis of data from KRONOS time-attendance system.  d. Implementation of Transfers, Confirmation, Separation and Promotions  e. HR-MIS - database creation and management.  f. HR Budgeting and Forecasting  - Developing weekly and monthly HR dashboard  - Support Plant Leadership in initiating disciplinary actions against wage associates as per applicable Model Standing Orders.  - To hold the performance management process together for associates/workmen by way of ensuring timely goal setting, reviews, and calibration.  - Designing employee engagement strategy for the site and implement it in partnership with Supply Chain stakeholders.  - Implements regional, standardized HR operations processes that can be implemented at the local level.   - Partners with other Specialist Groups and BBHR to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.  - Employee Relations:  a. Provides day-to-day support to Site Leadership Team and ER Manager on grievance resolution, discipline management and other related labor and employment matters.   b. Support in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiation process through analytics, insights, external benchmarking and documentation. Coordinate the deployment of a harmonious consistent and objective approach to resolving employee issues  c. Support the design, development, and implementation of proactive Employee Relations strategies, practices, and policies for associates/workmen.  d. Regularly audit internal workforce practices, including contractor management to ensure all the time compliance under various Employment Laws  e. Identify relevant policies and practices to determining whether violation of policies or practices occurred  AUTHORITIES (if applicable)  - Creation of WWIDs.  - Selection of Candidates for vacant positions,   - Disciplinary Actions  - Approval of Hiring Expenses, Travel Reimbursements etc.  - Signing of provident fund claims - transfer or withdrawal  - Digital approval of provident fund claims of transfer or withdrawal  - Approval of direct & indirect purchase requisitions   Qualifications:  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  Education: Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from premier institutes Experience: This position requires minimum 3-5 years- relevant managerial experience in ER.  COMPETENCIES  Technical Skills  - High degree of professional knowledge.  - Skilled in resource allocation to meet tactical demands and strategic business needs.  - Excellent analyzing / decision-making ability.  - Customer (internal and external) driven approach   - Expert knowledge Statutory & regulatory requirement applicable to HR.  - Working knowledge of statistics.  - Computer skills (MS Office)  - Effective communication skills.  - Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.  - Knowledge of manufacturing environment.  - Through understanding of process criteria & regulations & business impact of decisions & actions  - Ability to initiate, explain & sell innovative thought process & ideas.
