Position Summary: The Risk & Compliance Lead will be responsible to collaborate cross-functionally in regional activities to standardized and optimize third party risk management program focused in mitigate compliance risks. Implement proper controls to align with regulators requirements and support activities to own an effective compliance program. Also, will coordinate the regional team and partner with functional regional leads to align on processes. Third party due diligence: - Partner with risk functions to ensure proper management, maintenance, and deployment of global compliance processes at the regional level. - Translate Strategy into concrete scope and coordinate internally with the team. - Cross functional partnership with regional and global Legal department to align with emerging legal requirements or changes in current ones. - Provide guidance internally to the team and externally to the other functions about sanction screening processes. - Lead regional discussions with key stakeholders to define action plans to mitigate risks and processes to meet regulatory expectations. - Contribute to the definition and development of new processes, procedures, standards or operational plans in support of the organizational/ business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results. - Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement approach, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities. - Design and implement agile solutions - Support Internal Audit and Regulatory Agencies on any documentation required in case a Due Diligence evidence is required by them. - Ensure strong internal controls are in place, to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings - Provide well-written documentation to help drive successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions - Perform data quality validations and databases reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Other Duties & Responsibilities: - Seek to continuously learn and improve knowledge and skills by identifying developmental opportunities with supervisor. Participate in appropriate training sessions and share lessons learned. Competently apply knowledge of new skills learned to existing projects and work. - Collaborate with Enterprise Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, HCC, and other risk functions - Drive continuous improvement and identify areas of opportunity - Partnership and cross collaboration with all regions LATAM, EMEA, NA, ASPAC to develop a teamwork spirit, share standard methodologies and suggest process improvements as needed on Suppliers Due Diligence process Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Years of Related Experience: 5 to 8 years Key skills include: - Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to present and interact with the highest level of business leaders; Ability to build strong business partnerships - Is required the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company is required. - knowledge of Procurement processes and Supplier/3rd party Due Diligence - Compliance experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Results-driven doer with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation. - Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints. - Exceptional listener and communicator who optimally conveys information verbally and in writing. - Change management experience preferred including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning/delivery, etc. - Experience and exposure to Global and matrix organizations preferred.
