Drives distribution excellence through elevating frontline sales productivity i. Leading the PSR network infrastructure for increased coverage as well as business outcomes ii. Driving merchandising as a key agenda nationally iii. Continuously evolving RDSSM productivity for incremental business 3. Leads the customer engagement agenda for the entire country : a. Integrates all customer engagement through structured programs to drive consistency of customer experience across the country and retail environments Experience and Skills : - MBA with 7-9 years of experience in Sales, Customer Excellence, Customer Distribution, Route to Market.
