- Assist the Operation's Director to set site EHS target and plan aligning with WWEHS, AP EHS direction to manage EHS Management System for continuous improvement, and present EHS matters/progress to the site leadership meeting as a member. - Oversee compliance requirements from regulation, J&amp;J standards and ISO14001 standards to support and sustain site business from various compliances related with EHS. Communicate and response to internal and external partners and stakeholders (e.g., Authorities, SPOC, Global, Consultants etc.) - Oversee and coordinate to identify risks/impact on new/modified equipment, materials, and process, conduct EHS assessments, investigate incidents/good saves with route-cause analysis, and develop/track CAPA and/or improvement action plan to reduce risk/impact/gaps and sustain the system excellence to prevent repetition of any gap. - Deploy and coordinate J&amp;J Safety Culture at the entire site organization and to ensure safety ownership of each individual and function on their works, and to improve safety behavior and observation program by all employees, to improve site safety as the right to exist. - Organize and coordinate EHS committee and/or meetings to share and discuss information, topics and/or issues related with site EHS for site plan and execution - Oversee flawless execution of EHS programs and plans at the entire site by Gemba and inspection. Be communicated and/or escalated any violation, non-compliance, unsafety behaviors and/or unsafety conditions to the area owner and/or site leader for awareness and management actions. - Develop and train employees and program owners to improve EHS competency and comply on requirements, via communication, consultation, regular trainings, supervision etc. - Collect data and generate EHS Reports on-time following campus, region and corporate plan and request. Escalate and report incidents complying on escalation process and reporting guideline. - Collaborate with other function (e.g. FM, GHS, TechOps, GA- ) and support site activities as a part of site team. - Engage with EHS community and contribute on global EHS plan and activities to leverage resource and create opportunities, as one EHS team. (e.g. EM Assessment, WH assessment, cross-site activities, campus activities, etc.) - Establish and manage EHS budget to improve site EHS and support campus EHS activities and consult other function budget needed successfully to deliver and improve EHS on their area and activities. Qualifications : - Degree in Sciences (Preferred Post Graduation), Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. And - Should be a certified safety professional from a recognized institution and a certified lead auditor for Management Systems ex: ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 etc. - Occupational Safety &amp; Health, Environmental Engineering / Science or related field. Knowledge, Skills and Ability: - Appropriate knowledge and experience on EHS management system and compliance management - Excellent knowledge and competency on risk and impact analysis and assessment. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills working with leaders and employees. - Performance and result-oriented driven with sense of urgency - Good communication skill to correspond to authorities and stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal, communication (written &amp; verbal), problem-solving, influence, planning, organizing, and time management skills.
