Johnson & Johnson Consumer Supply Chain is recruiting for Assistant Manager - S&D role, located in Mumbai. The person in this role will be connecting E2E supply chain functions and will be instrumental in driving cross functional agenda across the supply chain in India. This position will be based out of Mumbai and will be driving cross functional supply chain responsibilities as; E2E CIP process, Key projects PMO, Performance management, Custodian of driving SC initiatives & dashboard This person will work closely with various local as well as regional stakeholders. Local: India Product Supply Leadership Team, Marketing leadership team, India management board. Regional: Regional Marketing, Finance and supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - To coordinate E2E CIP process across the supply chain functions and will drive 'sustainable' CIP's to consistently improve supply chain GP % - Responsible for driving SC strategic (Path to Value) initiatives and will be custodian of driving OGSM initiatives across the SC functions - Performance management and reporting to ensure country key SC metrics and targets are being delivered - PMO for SC projects and Critical projects as identified in country OGSM - Play an active role in implementation strategic Digital initiatives Qualifications: Education: - Engineering graduate with Post Graduation in Operations management Experience and Skills: - 4+ Years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in Demand/Supply Planning or Manufacturing - Experience in implementing Digital Initiatives is an added advantage - Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional/ hierarchical team members - Experience in project management tools is an added advantage - Good communication and presentation skills Are you ready to impact the world?
