Some of our key brands include Johnson's Baby, Stayfree, Clean &amp; Clear, Band-Aid, Listerine, ORSL and Benadryl Job Description : - J&amp;J Consumer is recruiting for an Assistant Manager, Finance located in Mumbai - Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis which will act as key enabler in driving business decisions. - The Assistant Manager will provide analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.&nbsp; - The Assistant Manager will actively participate in cross-functional work teams and provide recommendations to business partners. Key Responsibilities : - Presents monthly financial reports and related analyses. - Completes financial planning process. Creates and reviews financial models. - Works directly on and improves complex research and analytical projects. - Performs department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month end, and quarter close expenses and costs. - Reviews monthly closing and provides reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Presents ad hoc analyses and presentations for management. - Reviews and leads SG&amp;A expenses - Audits the financial planning process and reviews the use of financial models. - Analyzes financial reports and related analyses. - Provides financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. - Ensures that appropriate financial processes are followed. At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc. - Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Finance department including the preparation consolidated financial statements at subsidiary and parent company levels. - Prepares, or reviews and verifies, analysis and statements. Prepares, or reviews and verifies, various reconcilements of balance sheet accounts. Prepares, or reviews and verifies, accounting, financial and statistical statements and reports. Directs subordinates in updating and maintaining ledgers and accounts. - Coordinates resources to meet short-term financial objectives. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of financial support staff. Acts as a technical specialist to others in the group. Education : Chartered Accountant or MBA from Top Tier college Experience and Skills : - The Assistant Manager is expected to have 3-5 Years of relevant work experience in Finance Are you ready to impact the world?
