Job Description: Johnson &amp; Johnson Janssen is recruiting for Area Business Manager - CNS, located in Delhi - The position is of a Team handling role and you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of District Managers to drive business growth in assigned territory, mapping of new opportunities, collaborating with marketing and medical team for effective customer engagements, and cascading scientific knowledge along with continuous focus on upgradation of team's skills and behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business growth in assigned territory through the team of DMs/Sr. DMs by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective customer relationship management, distributor management, inventory management, etc., in adherence to the company's compliance standards - Build sustainable, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory and develop new KOLs - Help build and execute medico marketing campaigns for faster adoption of our products by mapping their current belief and behavior - Analyze sales reports, inventory data, demand /sales forecasts, product adoption curve, adherence etc for effective management of territory and giving inputs to other functions - Drive timely execution of all sales processes/reporting - Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution - Drive continuous improvement of team's skill, knowledge and behavior by training, coaching and on job inputs Qualifications : Education: - B. Sc./ B.
