Role Description: - Develop Market forecast models for CPG products for US and Canada Markets - Uses statistical techniques to analyze market research data. - Presents the results and recommendations to internal and/or external clients. - Provides general statistical advice and assistance to market research executives. - This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. - Conducts qualitative and quantitative primary custom research including developmental and evaluative research. - Demonstrates the comprehensive ability to use primary research methodologies and secondary data sources to develop and recommend business strategies that drive growth. - Interprets research results and assists in generating recommendations. Keeps informed about developments in the government, military, economic, scientific, political, industrial, and international fields as they apply to the organization's future marketing plans. - Analyzes market intelligence on competitors, customers, strategy, and product offerings. - Demonstrates the ability to persuade others to a new or different perspective through use of compelling data and insights in order to positively impact achievement of business goals. - Supports the process of managing outside market research suppliers to help implement the research. Key Requirements: - Expert level in Excel - Exposure to Nielsen Data - 2 years experience in CPG analytics - Expertise in visualization Tools like Tableau - Experience in tools like R, Python, Alteryx (preferred)
