John Jacobs - Retail Planner

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the sales, profitability and inventory- leading the John Jacobs Product P&L

2. OTB Management in collaboration with the buyer

3. Drive the Inventory Planning for 900+ points of sale across 6 formats/4+ countries with our automatic replenishment software modules

4. Product lifecycle management from launch to end of lifecycle

5. Markdown management

6. Liaison with Business Heads to establish merchandising strategy for the respective channel and country

Good to haves :

1. Prior experience in planning roles in retail/ecommerce is mandatory. Not open for buying house merchandisers.

2. Comfort with ambiguity as you will be working in a start up environment where pace and nimbleness are invaluable

3. Requires ability to work with large sets of data.

Preferred but not mandatory :

- Ease of working with merchandising automation tech and basic data analytics ability on PowerBI, tableau or similar.
